ST. BARBARA PRESCHOOL
REGISTRATION
We have three sessions available for our 3 or 4-year old pre-school.
They are available 5 days a week and the times are:
8:15am – 11:00am for the ½ day AM session,
12 noon – 2:40pm for the ½ day PM session
and the ALL-DAY program is 8:15am – 2:40pm.

Classes will be filled on a first come first serve basis. If you have a preference please register early!
We also offer the option of either 2,3, or 4 days a week and tuition is based on number of days attending.
Tuition MUST be paid by the 1st week of each month.
There will be no carryovers.

There is a $20 nonrefundable registration fee.

Returning this form along with the registration fee will guarantee your child a spot
in the class. You will receive more detailed registration forms when this form is
returned to us.
