A New Breed of Hot Lunch Mom…

Kids, don't be frightened by this motley crew of hot lunch dads; although they do look a little scary. You can rest assured that they will not be handling the Thursday or Friday noon lunches any time soon. Actually these seventh and eighth grade dads helped to prepare and serve over one hundred and fifty spaghetti dinners on the evening of this year's Christmas program. The event was a huge success with just over $650 being raised which will go towards the Jr. High's spring trip to Chicago. Helping with the dinner were (pictured left to right) Larry Weidleman, Ron Wadian, Principal Otte, Todd Kasunick, Steve Dottavio (the sauce man) and John Haubert. Thanks also goes to the many mothers, not pictured, who helped with the event and made the men look good!
