No Smoking is Student Council ' s Message … Student Council in cooperation with the County Health Department devoted a full week to educating students on the harmful effects of smoking. As the banner indicates, tobacco hurts! Members of council pictured above were responsible for creating the eye-catching posters that were displayed in the hallways, they were (left to right) Helen Kline, Alina Galant, Kaitlyn Johnson and Abby Wadian. The week concluded with all students in the school encouraged to sign an anti-smoking pledge.
